1. Does this issue persist in every single game/mode whenever you kill/injure someone?
2. Did you notice any consistencies that may be related to it, such as whether issue occurs in particular map or when any particular operator is selected?
3. What connection are you using - ethernet or Wi-Fi?

Would you be able to kindly clarify at which step are you stuck? If you are attempting to whitelist the game, this will depend on what security are you using, however the link provided in Ubi-TheBerry's response directs you to website with the exact steps on how to do it on Windows Security.

Depending on the software you use, you will normally be able to find information on provider's website that will explain how to whitelist another program however if you are having difficulties we can still see how we can assist.

Hey ryankb1212, thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear about the issue you're having.

Can I double-check which Xbox are you using?

If you haven't already, try closing the game and launching it again, to see if that was not a temporarily thing. Also, you can try going to to the shop and 'Digital Content' tab, then click on the item and see if it triggers operators to unlock.

If above doesn't help however, can I ask you to confirm if you have all of your add-ons correctly installed and was it purchased on the same Xbox account?

1. Is that (lag spikes) something you experience every single game or does it happen occasionally/rarely?
2. Do you possibly have any video footage of this happening at all?

First and foremost, taking into account that you've already done extensive troubleshooting, can I ask you to provide us with your screenshots showing in-game Audio Settings? I am interested in 'Voice Chat Threshold' in particular.

Also, I understand that this issue affects Xbox console of yours. If it is indeed, would you be able to clarify which model you have?

Hey samppa10s, thanks for your response there!

This particular issue does not appear to be addressed with this current patch, regrettably.

I've watched the video footage you've provided and can see that you have limited availability in 'Accessibility' settings in-game, as this is where you should see 'Voice-Chat to Text' option that you can enable and it will allow you to access it, so make sure your game is fully updated and let us know whether you're able to see this particular option.
