First and foremost, may I kindly check if your audio is only affected during cutscenes and dialogues, is that right? Also, when you said that the quality isn't good, would you be able to describe this in more detail? Does the audio possibly sound 'muffled', compressed and just overall low quality?

First and foremost, can I check if you possibly owned the Free Weekend version of the game in the past? If so, can you make sure that all of it is uninstalled and also, I'd suggest to try reinstalling the game completely and see if problem persists.

As it stands, I can confirm that we have received reports from other players regarding weapons no longer being visible during cinematics, however after thorough review by our development team, it has been determined that this is actually working as intended, however I do appreciate that this particular feature is breaking the immersion for you and therefore will make sure that feedback is forwarded accordingly.

Based on what you've stated, it appears that players have voted to cancel the match (feature that was presented back in Operation Steel Wave) and therefore this regrettably has resulted in such outcome, despite you not having any real intention to abandon the match.

Could you try the following:

  1. Delete your cache/cookies and then try using the same browser
  2. If issue persist, try using incognito mode
  3. Try using a different device (such as mobile phone) and possibly different connection (mobile data)
