Hey @Mad_Lunch_Meat, thanks for getting through to us, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about the difficulty you've had with opening up Ubisoft Connect overlay.
First and foremost, may I check the following with you:
- Do you have overlay enabled?
- Do you happen to have any additional software that is active? If so, try temporarily disabling it as it may interrupt with it
- Are you able to access overlay outside of in-game lobby, such as main menu?
- Do you happen to be using keyboard loadout in any other language than English? If you are, did you possibly try switching it to it and see if issue persists?
