Hey @MarcSxx, thanks for getting through to us, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about the difficulty you ran into with proceeding in 'Puppets and Prisoners' quest.

I've had a closer look and can see that similar instance has been brought up in the past, however team has informed that you'd need to hit the Bard once with anything, in order to progress further and then have the option to kidnap Tedmund.

Give this a go (if you haven't already) and let us know if issue persists!

Just to check, do you happen to be dealing with this issue on PS5 too or are you playing on a different platform?

Hey @feinermax1, thanks for getting through to us, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about the difficulty you ran into with accessing your purchased Ultimate Pack.

This particular content would need to be redownloaded in order to appear in-game, and is something you should be able to do through PS5 home screen by going on ACV tile, scrolling down to Addons and then selecting each pack (do note you won't need to make any purchases there).

Give this a go (if you haven't already) and let us know if issue persists!

Majority of the game copies will have limitations as far as language availability goes, therefore if you have purchased one that has only Russian language available (which seems to be the case in this instance), this will correlate within in-game too and additional language packs will not be available unless you purchase game copy that has one.

As far as level scaling is concerned after starting Mastery Challenges, I can confirm that this has been brought up by a number of players however have been later confirmed to be working as intended.

In regards to the challenge itself, is that the same if you perform air assassination? Also, do you have 'Advanced Assassination' unlocked in Skills Tree?

Hey @Asterix201252, just a quick update - I have managed to get through to the team about this and have received confirmation that issue may be present in your save as you are indeed using old save where you've saved your map seed, however if you were to create new 'basis' (from the old file) regarding seed information, issue should no longer be present.

If you select the potato farm, you should be able to see indicating route of where your goods are being delivered (your warehouse), therefore in order to alter you it, you can just simply drag the route over to the distillery next door and it should change accordingly.
