In regards to items from Tourist Season or High Life not being available to purchase until researched is something that has been indeed addressed and we did not seem to have any contacts about it afterwards.

To add, if you have been using an older save file (prior to update taking place), this will most likely be the reason for it and I think it may be a little tricky one to address.

The old forums have been discontinued and therefore any threads, solutions or generally anything that has been there is no longer accessible, I'm afraid.

In regards to the workaround you've brought up, I'm not sure how effective it is but based on what you've stated, I take it that it is something you were able to use now and it has helped to at least temporarily resolve it, is that right? Also, can I check whether you've had to re-enter the commands after playing a game or two?

Hey guys, thanks for all of your input so far and sorry to those who are affected by this.

I've had a closer look at it and there seem to have been some slight confusion. The issue regarding Battle Pass synchronization is something that has been indeed brought up a while back however is something that has been supposedly addressed, however since the recent patch, I understand that issue resurfaced, therefore if possible, may I kindly check the following:

  1. Did issue start to happen since latest season or was it on-going since a while back?
  2. How often do you experience this? Does it occur each time there's any progression made within the Battle Pass?
  3. Did you notice any consistencies that may help to reproduce this, such as whether issue may occur only after playing certain game modes for example?
