Hey @Pregolli, thanks for getting through to us and forwarding details of the quests you're unable to complete due to its objective.

Before we're able to forward it over, for reproduction purposes, could I ask you to provide us with your save file where issue is present? Do mind I noticed that you've attempted to do so already, however in order to upload the file itself, you will need to use any external file sharing website and then just simply share the link in this thread, when you'll have a chance.

Hey @meremre69, thanks for the update there.

First and foremost, did you try to go to files directory and see if you're able to locate your save file? By default it should be in %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\accounts

If you are able to locate these files, for troubleshooting purposes, try moving them over to the Ubisoft installation directory and then try launching the game again to see if issue persists.

So just to make sure we're on the same page, just as you're able to search through Town Hall Items, would you like to possibly have another tick-box added to the list where all the the remaining, yet not available items would appear (along with descriptions outlining which NPCs they relate to), is that right? I'm more than happy to forward this over however want to make sure I understand you correctly 🙂...

Just a quick update - we are planning on getting this matter addressed with one of the upcoming updates, therefore keep an eye for any news.

Please do mind however, any save files that already have the issue present are unlikely to be addressed, therefore you will need to restart the scenario once patch is live.

I've had a closer look and can see that similar matter has been brought up, however our team did face difficulties with reproducing it on our side, therefore could I kindly ask you to provide us with your save file where this issue is present? By default, it should be located in %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\accounts.

Hey @Danneman_42, thanks for getting through to us and sorry to hear about the kill tracker being stuck during 'Summit Headhunter Merit' commendation.

I've had a closer look and can see that similar report has been brought up relatively recently, therefore as you've provided plenty of information already, so that we could forward the details you've provided over and aid the on-going investigation, can I check if you possibly happen to have changed the Summit difficulty by any chance, or was it always the same?
