I can see that you have submitted it on 26th of December so it's more like a week rather than two, however that's due to the high volume of contacts that we have received over the past few weeks.

In some instances, a slight delay is likely however email should eventually come through. If you're unable to see it, make sure to check your spam or junk folders as well, since that's where it may end up in.

Could you possibly check in-game Voice Chat settings and make sure that your 'Voice Chat threshold isn't too high nor too low, as that will be the reason you're having this issue.
