As it stands, cross-progression between all platforms is not available for Rainbow Six: Siege is currently not available and therefore you will not be able to access your Xbox content on PC.

Hey n.ahte, thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about the problems you've been having, as I certainly understand it can make it frustrating to deal with.

First and foremost, based on the system specs you've provided, it appears that your graphics card is a little below minimum system requirements, therefore may I double-check whether you're possibly using laptop by any chance? If you are indeed, it is likely that crash issue may occur in case if your PC/Laptop overheats, therefore would you be able to give a little more detail about the instances in which your game crashed? Did you notice any consistencies that have occurred each time prior to crash?

Just to check, you stated what happens if you press 'Shift' and any other key after - would you be able clarify if all of those actions follow the same sequence every single time you press this combination, or does it only happen occasionally?

Also, have you possibly tried resetting your controls back to default or changing 'Shift' button to anything else, just to see if issue persists?

Please note that we do really appreciate you providing the exact steps you need to take in order for issue to occur as it will be extremely useful when in attempt to reproduce this.

Before this gets forwarded over, would you be able to clarify whether issue occurs at a 100% reproduction rate or is it something that will happen randomly?

Hey The.Lovely, thanks for reaching out and bringing this up.

Would you be able to clarify whether you're able to join the game after you got booted or do you receive abandonment penalty when it happens?
Also, did you notice whether issue affects any particular game modes or is it regardless of whether you're playing Situation or Ranked match (as an example)?
Finally, when did you notice issue started happening?

This will give us a better idea of what you might be dealing with.
