Hey toxicchut, thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear about what happened.

First and foremost - if others players report you for cheating and you're not using any additional software to do so, regardless of how many reports you receive, you will never receive a suspension. If however you are found to be using something , suspension will take place immediately.

I can see that you've submitted a case for your ban appeal and we're happy to look into it for you, however as we will be unable to discuss the outcome of this via forums, I would like to ask you to keep the communication via the case itself and we will get back to you!

In the meantime, I have sent you verification email that you will find in your mailbox, so when you have a chance, click the link inside it and let us know when that's done!

Hey Robbin4467, thanks for your response there.

Did you receive any notification whilst watching the stream to say that drops are active? Also, did you receive any notification in Twitch to say that you have received the charm?

If you haven't, then this will indicate that there was an issue in registering for the drops in the first place, so taking into consideration that you have already done this plenty of times, I would like to ask you to double-check whether you've done it correctly (more details on this) and pay attention to the Twitch chat to see whether it shows up in Twitch that drops have been activated,... Hey Barbcue.Sause, thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about this.

Would you be able to clarify since when did you notice it started happening? Also, are you running the game on Vulkan or DX API? Finally, do you recall whether there has been any changes to your system or anything in between the period since when you've had 200+ FPS and then it dropped, that could have had an effect on this?

In the meantime, if you haven't already, give the following steps a go and see whether that helps to improve the in-game performance.
