Hi @mardari15 I'm sorry to hear that your in-game currency has changed and that you no longer receive Ubisoft Connect notifications on your phone.

With regards to the in-game currency changing the installation location should have no affect on this. Can you confirm if you have changed your location or if you are using a VPN?

For the notifications I can only recommend going into the notification settings on your phone to make sure there are enabled.

Hi @Major-Johnson I'm sorry to hear that Assassin's Creed Valhalla will not launch.

Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through all the steps listed then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

Please confirm if this resolves the issue.

This issue is generally due to the audio output and can occur if you are using 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound. If this is the case could you try changing the audio output to stereo, restart the game and try again.

I am also sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with some of the trophies unlocking on the PS5 version of the game.

If your trophy was unlocked using an non-repeatable action (such as completing a story arc, creating your Jomsviking, or completing side quests), you will need to complete another main/side quest to trigger the trophy to unlock again on PS5. I'm also sorry to hear that you are unable to complete the mystery 'The Twit Saga, Part II' due to there being no NPC.

I can confirm that this issue was reported in the past but it was fixed with update 1.5.0. Can you please ensure you have the latest update installed (1.6.2) then try again.

If the NPC is still missing can you try fast travelling to another location then fast travel back.

I'm also sorry to hear that your game has crashed and that you unable to proceed to Jotunheim. First of all I would recommend trying to load a previous save before you completed the last quest that you did in Asgard then try again.

I am also sorry to hear that you are experienced an issue whilst trying to collect the key in Deoraby Spar Cavern.

The issue reported in the thread you mentioned was not reported as the player did not reply and provide a video to demonstrate the issue. We have not received any other reports of keys disappearing.

I can confirm that we received a couple of reports from players in 2021, however the development team were unable to reproduce the issue when testing it. We have not received any other reports since then from what I can see.

Are you experiencing this issue yourself? If so could you please provide a video demonstrating the issue and show the location on the map where you have got stuck. Do you also have the latest update installed?
