Oops @Tigu-TM, I'm so sorry for my lack of clarity. You're far from alone in it being unwanted behavior, myself included after watching the video clips. The other Discussions link I provided contains many more players who feel the same. So I went through and collected everyone's information from both threads and sent the teams a very lengthy and detailed report.

Gotcha @Alamaxia, try clearing your Ubisoft Connect cache for me.

After that, could you grab me a video clip of what happens from when you first launch the game to when you open up that Social menu? You can try posting it here but if that doesn't work, you can use something like Google Drive or Youtube and drop me that link here. Thank you in advance!

I'm sorry you've had the kind of experience where some answers seem useless @prohjort.Often, giving the basic connection troubleshooting is a way to rule out issues, then provide that to our teams to help them investigate if needed. When respawning at different checkpoints, there can be a bit of a difference in game behavior but just to make sure:

  • If you change inputs at the checkpoints, the issue occurs? But if you respawn with default inputs, it doesn't seem to be an issue?

Hey @d-NickName!

We're sorry to see you're having some trouble with split screen as well.

Can I have you make sure that your controller firmware is up to date for me? I'd also like to have you try remapping the controls on the controller. You can change something random and then set it back to default or to the way you had it. Keep me updated on this, please!

This issue with Caveira's silencer is something our teams are aware of and looking into but I know it's a bit frustrating not to be able to change it in the meantime.
