I went ahead and merged this thread and the one you made just to keep things a little more together. My apologies that you've run into this issue with Little Mother as well.

Since you've already tried the troubleshooting provided and still aren't able to open the door, try reinstalling the game for me, please. I'm so sorry you've had this experience @G-HoeSoPhat. It's definitely not the perception we're striving for and I completely understand your frustration with us.

After looking at your case, I can see that those credits should have been refunded at this time but I understand that doesn't make up for the experience.

I can confirm that this Sigrblot Festival crashing issue is something that our teams are actively investigating. I know it's super frustrating and I'm really sorry you encountered them. It does seem to be occurring more often on Xbox consoles.
