As the game was bought from fanatical some time ago, unfortunately, your best bet would likely be to re-purchase and make sure the version has your preferred language before you purchase again. As for adding English text, I'm not able to speculate on that and would advise keeping an eye on our Discussions for any future potential updates. I know these aren't ideal answers or the ones you were hoping for and I'm really sorry about that.

I'm sorry you've been running into these lagging issues and disconnects for so long. I'm not able to remove or alter the ban but this is something we're investigating, and I'd like to collect a bit more information from you to help with the investigation.

  • Are you seeing any error codes or is 4-0xFFF0BE25 the only one?
  • Who is your Internet Service Provider?
  • Are you playing via Ethernet or Wi-fi?
  • Is this happening after every game after your first one or only some of them?

This is likely what's causing the issue then @Wild88WolF,

If the Steam, Ubisoft Connect, and actual location do not match, this typically causes payments to fail. My apologies for the inconvenience and frustration of this and let me know if you have any other questions.

I know stuttering and lag can be super frustrating to deal with so I'm sorry to see you're encountering it.

The controller *shouldn't* have anything to do with it unless you're seeing some lag in inputs but feel free to try using it wired instead of wirelessly if you'd like.
