Hello bruhsquid, thanks or contacting us.

I have taken a look at your account for what region you are located in and understand you may have extra options available to you in the games menu.

Could you please check if you have activated one of the accessibility features 'Convert Text to Voice' or 'Convert Voice to Text' previously? If so, could you please disable these options as that may be the reason you are unable to use voice chat in-game.

In addition to this, have you been able to use any other headset to test its microphone?

First of all thank you for bringing this up. I believe the Ubisoft Support website is automatically redirecting you to our Portuguese website, because of your location. I believe some of these articles have not been translated in to Portuguese so they redirect you to the home page when you access them

I can give you the steps here in English if you would prefer?

Step 1. Reset your routers hardware for 60 seconds.

Step 2. Try a wired connection like ethernet, instead of wireless

Step 3. If you are using any of the following programs whilst playing the game -

Full Screen Game Overlays
VoIP and Chat services
RGB controllers
Overclocking Software
Hardware monitoring
Streaming software
Peer to Peer software
VPN

If anyone is connected to the MENA servers by default or by choice at the moment, we have noticed some players getting high ping spikes on these servers depending on a few variables. We are investigating this at the moment and asking for more information.

Quite a few players have reported that changing your aspect ratio will in fact give you better FPS results in-game, but how many frames are gained will depend on your CPU and GPU and a few other factors.

If you are looking for a FPS boost, try lowering your in-game graphic settings and making use of the new Nvidia boost mode, if using an Nvidia GPU.

To enable Nvidia Reflex, download and install the latest Geforce Nvidia driver, make sure your Vulkan version of Siege is fully updated, navigate to the games 'display options' and apply the reflex option.

Hello AgC_nifigakozl thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Have you noticed this with Lesion's mines on any other map or just this map? If you tried to recreate this issue in the Bank map are you successful and can you recreat this in any other parts of Bank on opposite sides of a window or wall?

If you are not receiving password reset emails it could be that the email address linked to your Ubisoft Account is an older email address you used in the past.

Alternatively, there could be a temporary 1 hour lockout on your account, for requesting too many password resets.

If you have bought the game recently, you should have access to the following Year 1 and Year 2 operators -

YEAR 1 - Frost, Buck, Valkyrie, Blackbeard, Capitao, Caveira, Hibana, and Echo.

YEAR 2 - Mira, Jackal, Ela, Zofia, Ying, Lesion, Dokkaebi and Vigil

The legacy operators (such as Smoke and Sledge) will need to be unlocked separately with renown or credits, hope this helps.

At the moment we are aware this can happen on our new Ubisoft Connect launcher as it did with Uplay. We do not currently have a fix for this, we know that it occasionally happens to some players and currently have an investigation into how we can resolve this. Hello Dr_Whisky21, thank you for getting in touch with us.

As far as I know, changing the games settings via the gamesettings.ini file should not change this in game, at least not in the settings menu, as this settings menu is actually saved to your Siege profile instead and not that file.

To help resolve this issue, have you tested this in the DirectX version of the game and have you noticed what FPS value you get from this version? Can you double check your GTX 1060 and make sure you have the latest driver update?
