Hi Clexa64 welcome to the forums and sorry to see you were hit with an abandonment sanction.

Were you playing the Sugar Fright event mode or another type of match when this happened to you?

The game will ban players for a certain amount of time, if they have had several disconnects or quit a lobby just before the match starts. This can happen for previous matches you may have left or quit, which would give you a slightly delayed sanction too and would affect you later on.

Hello Chi Zeta, if you are referring to Ubisoft Club units for completing challenges, this should have been unlocked for all our legacy titles such as Unity. I would suggest you get in touch with our Ubisoft Support team as they will be able to check your account and see when these units were added and if any other units were added to your account and when.

Hey Shakeyy._. I have found the thread now, after giving it some attention today -

We are keeping a close eye on this and have brought it to the attention of the game team again as we currently have that thread which is reaching 200 posts now.

We hope we can update you soon, I apologise that we have no more information to share on this but we would like to see this fixed also.

Hey Shakeyy._. this has been posted about this in the forum already but if I am being honest, I can not find the post at this moment in time. Are you referring to on our R6 website or in game?

Does this also happen in every game mode for you? Do you receive renown or is that frozen too?

Once you can let me know these details I will do my best to investigate this further for you.

I apologize that you were disconnected from the match and did not receive any MMR for playing. Unfortunately we have no was of adding MMR to players accounts as compensation as this is handled solely by the game and regrettably treats all disconnections as if they were deliberate match abandons.

Hello worsernote9414, sorry to hear you are unable to launch the game.

I have several things you can try to allow you to play the game, but first of all if you are missing the executable file the best thing you can do is 'verify your game files'

This should replace any missing or corrupt game files on your computer and stop the game from crashing.

What are you doing in the game when you get an abandonment sanction?

The event lasts 27/10/2020 - 10/11/2020

Abandon penalties will still exist for this event mode. Leaving the event early before reviewing the stats page will create a leave penalty, for ranked and unranked playlist (30min sanction).

In regards to the Sugar Fright timed challenges not counting your progress, we rolled out a fix for this on the 30th October, so going forward your matches should now add to your progression of these challenges.

I understand your frustration around being given an disconnection sanction but the 2-0x0000c015 error code is directly related from losing your connection to the Siege servers. You may have a good internet package and good internet speeds but that depends on your location to one of our Siege servers amongst other things why you will be receiving this specific error code.

Can I ask you both if the audio cuts out from your game for up to 30 seconds before the game crashes?

Can I ask also, do you have the game installed to your internal hard drive or an external one and which version of the Xbox do you have? (How old is your console?)

Once you can let me know these details I will do my best to investigate this further for you.

Hi Devz5, welcome to the forums.

Please make sure to rename you title something like 'Game takes a long time to load' or something more specific to help other players who might have the same issue.

First of all as you are playing on PC, this sounds like it could be a network issue as well as a spec issue.

Hi Fez6911, welcome to the forums.

This issue has been brought up to the team and has been under investigation, however we found attempting adding a phone number and the authentication could label that number as suspicious as a security measure. There are various reasons why adding a phone number can fail, one of which is simply entering the country code incorrectly or the number itself.

Waiting till a later date to add the phone number to the account can usually resolve the issue and please make sure to avoid numerous repeat authentication requests, as this can also cause your phone number to be labelled as suspicious preventing you from adding it to the account at that time.

Hello SekiBetu, apologies if you have mentioned this previously in this thread and if I missed it but do you have any support cases made about this that I could look into?

For anything related to Twitch or Ubi Drops we would redirect the player to our Support Site or social media support then we can give players the individual attention they may not get immediately on the Forums, this is usually how we would approach anything to do with a players account, as we can help link and unlink third party accounts such as Twitch and see if they are linked to another account by mistake.

Have you previously tried reaching out to our Twitter, Facebook or Ubisoft Support website to make a ticket?

Hello everyone, regarding 'cross features; for Rainbow Six Siege and to add what Ubi-Viral said -

At the moment cross progression is not supported for Siege, but cross play is, within the same platform family.

If you own the game on Xbox One, you will be able to play it on a Xbox Series X / S.

Or, if you own the game on PlayStation 4, you will be able to play the game on PlayStation 5.

If you currently have a disc version of the game on console, you must make sure your next generation console uses a disc tray also, in order to be able to download the upgrade. You will not be able to upgrade a physical disc to a digital copy of the game on your next console.

You can not cross progress from PlayStation to Xbox and vice versa at the moment, nor PC.
