Please also provide some more information on what's happening when you activate that cutscene.

@jnl1105 Hey there! Since Assassin's Creed Valhalla supports cloud saves, you can upload save games on your PS4 and then access them on a PS5 console. Please check out this FAQ for more info on how to do this.

As for the cause of the crashes, I'd like to investigate this. Have you noticed any patterns for these crashes, such as a particular location where they happen or any actions that you take just before they occur?

@N_T_D Hey there! I'm sorry to hear you encountered this issue, and that you aren't able to update the game to get the fix.

This quest is required to complete the Jotunheim Saga, and by extension, the Asgard saga. However, you'll still be able to complete the main storyline and reach most of the other content in the game.

You may be able to get around the issue by loading a save game from before the start of that quest. In order to update the game, you could also use a mobile hotspot or bring your console to an internet café. I understand this isn't a perfect soluti...

@CmndrBlkAddr68 Hey there, sorry to hear you didn't receive the Doctor Home rifle! This has been reported to the team for further investigation. In the meantime, some other players have been able to work around this by playing through the manhunt with a second agent.
