Thank you for also providing your report, sorry to hear you've also experienced a similar issue with your gear disappearing. We'd like to ask the same questions mentioned above;

  • Have you changed the platform at all since beginning to play?
  • Is all the content still missing even after a restart of the game?
  • Would you happen to have any clips or screenshots of your inventory or specific items that were lost, before the gear went missing?

Thanks for posting. We can confirm that this is an issue with the skill tree at the moment, and our game team are currently collecting reports.

Would you be able to upload your most recent save to the cloud, so that we may add it to the report? You can do this by following these steps:

• Create a manual save before ending your session.
Wait a minute or two after the save animation has finished.
• Open the Main menu and choose Quit to Title Screen.
• Choose Load Game
• Check if the save you just created has a cloud icon next to the play time.

Just to clarify, the issue is that after setting your graphics to 'ultra' and then close AC Valhalla, your graphics settings are not saved when you reload the game?
