The team are aware of this issue with the smoke effect not clearing after destroying Skyline Tower. We don't have an ETA for a fix at the moment, however should more news become available, it'll be posted ...

For testing purposes, would you be able to see if this issue persists on a new save? It would be interesting to see what the difference in performance would be, compared to a file with an already built city with multiple assets displayed.

Previous players have reported a similar sounding issue. The window with the island name and shares disappears after moving the camera to an island with an ongoing festival (while the window is minimized). Would you be able to verify for us if you're able to notice the same patterns in the bug behaviour, when you move the camera to an island with a festival?

Could you please take a look at the steps given in our troubleshooting guide here, most notably updating any graphics card drivers? If the game is up to date, but the drivers are not, or vice versa, this can cause graphical errors such as the one you're describing ...
