Thanks for providing this screenshot of what you're seeing regarding ping at the moment.

As mentioned above, there are a number of possible causes for this. It may be down to an individual player, server issues, maintenance, your connection to R6S, amongst other things. Would you be able to let us know if you've followed the steps given below, or if changing your data centre has any impact on this?

Sorry to hear you've also encountered this issue with the statistics. Would you be able to answer the following for us if the issue persists?

Was the highest level save profile created on your Ubisoft account, or did you import an existing save from another account?
Do you recall which save profile you first created on your account? If so, what is the company level on that profile?
Do you use cloud saves and play on multiple devices, or do you just play on one device?

Would you be able to confirm for us if you've been able to try the steps suggested by Ubi-Thrupney, so we can rule out some common issues?

Can you make sure to verify your game files for me? This makes sure that nothing went wonky when you installed the update.

Does the issue persist after that step? If so, can you clarify if you've tried this with a new game as well, and if you faced the same issue?

Would you be able to try:

  • Disabling the music in your settings.
  • Saving your game.
  • Reloading the save.
  • Enabling music in your settings again.


If this has no effect for you, we'd like to forward on your report to the game team. Could you please ensure your most recent save is available on the cloud?

Could you confirm for us how regularly you're seeing these missions appear, that you're unable to complete? Are there any other examples of missions you've accepted that you've not been able to complete, other than these targets that can't be killed?

Thank you for providing us with a detailed update on how the game runs since following all the listed steps.

We'd usually advise against overclocking your GPU when running a Ubisoft title. Would you be able to let us know if you find the game freezes more/less when running The Division 2 without overclocking?
