Could you let me know if this is the first time you came across this issue? If you have other islands, are you able to check and see if this happens with those as well?

I'm sorry that you are getting the error "Failed to synchronize cloud saves" and also that some of your legendary items are not being carried over. To help with the error message, please try following the steps in our guide here. Also, would you be able to provide a video showing that the items are not appearing as they should? Just an update that I've gone ahead and merged these two threads into one since everyone was experiencing the same issue with the Building Skin blocking part of the menu/UI. I'm sorry that you are not seeing the game available after making your purchase! Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the game to show up on your account. Also, I would suggest double checking your confirmation email for the product that you purchased as it's possible a DLC or Season Pass was purchased, but not the full game. I'm sorry that you're unable to find the key to the chest. It does look like the key is supposed to drop off one of the guards. One player who had this issue mentioned they had run away during the fight and forgot to grab the loot, so when they went back they were able to find it. Would you be able to record a video showing that you aren't able to locate the key after killing all of the enemies in the area?
