My apologies, I'm not sure what you're referring to. Perhaps this is something I haven't faced in-game.

Hello, thank you for your report!

We have received some reports recently regarding freezing and some improvements have been made. Some players have also noticed performance changes since recent GPU drivers.

- Can you please confirm if you have the latest drivers installed?

- Would it be possible to provide a short video of what you're experiencing?

- Did you notice if the hanging only seems to affect you when your city is large?

The benchmark is still available. When you click to play the game you should be given multiple options, and 2 of which are -

Anno 1800 Benchmark (DX11)
Anno 1800 Benchmark (DX12)

Hey everyone!

I understand both points being made and smurf accounts are technically against our Terms of Service.

As Ubisoft Support the best suggestion we can offer is to report any suspected players in-game via the scoreboard. This will reach our moderation team and they will investigate from there.

From what I understand this is a very difficult thing to monitor, but we'll continue to do our best to improve the game

I appreciate where you are coming from. A PC shutting down when launching a game is nearly always not a game issue, but something else specific to a player's PC setup.

It could be anything from an operating system issue or a hardware fault. All games run differently so even if a game is not the issue directly, it could expose an issue.
