I'm completely pissed off with this...

Deleting the save file has always been a reliable workaround in the past, as reset loadouts was related to a corrupt save file, which holds your loadouts, settings and Situations progress.

An investigation is currently ongoing using the reports we have received, however we have not yet been able to reproduce or understand the issue ourselves.

I would like to suggest some steps for you to try. Please keep in mind that this will reset your loadouts, Situations progress & in-game settings.

Hello! Sorry to read you're both having difficulties access the in-game store.

Let's start by putting our game in the most ideal scenario, to see if this helps.

- Enable Ubisoft Connect's overlay
- Enable Steam's overlay
- Disable all background applications: https://support.ubisoft.com/Article/000063761
- Try making the purchase

Let me know if that helps! If so, it may be a matter of narrowing down which application is conflicting.
