Issue limited to middle of the screen where the smoke/fog is. I've tested this on two separate PCs with the same result (2060 SUPER and 2080 Ti)

This is not an issue I am familiar with, and it doesn't appear to have been reported just yet.

You mention that it may be a connection issue. Do you receive any connectivity-related errors, or any indications that this is a connection issue?

Hey! That is very unusual behaviour, and not something I am familiar with.

I'd like to ask you some questions -

- When playing the game, what is your average FPS?
- How long has this issue been affecting you for?
- What PC components do you have?

In a different thread you mentioned your game eventually freezes. Can you please confirm if that seems to relate to your 100% disk usage?
