- Just to confirm, does this happen with all ports and trade routes?
- How long would you say this issue has been affecting you?

Hello again!

Just getting back to you to let you know that we were able to reproduce this issue in a testing environment. As htimh suggested, it seems to only occur with trees 1-4-3-1 and 1-4-3-2.

I don't have an ETA at this time, but our devs will work on a fix and add it to a future patch

I appreciate it must be frustrating to play against those with a lower ping than you, and they do of course hold the advantage.

We don't have any details on these decisions I'm sorry to say, we can only try to assist with the tools & information we have at our disposal. It took a long time for new servers in South Africa to be activated; we can only see what the future holds for us now.

They are on the same drive.

I'm sorry this happened to you, I know it must be incredibly frustrating when you're trying to play with your friends, when you get the chance.

We will of course continue to monitor any server issues on our side, and improve accordingly. Some disconnections are not always clear, which is why we sometimes ask for videos or offer troubleshooting steps.

As far as I'm aware there are these types of penalties in other games when playing Ranked, however perhaps not all of them. Ranked is quite important to some players, and we need to incentivise staying until the match is complete.

Players leaving then rejoining to avoid being killed for intel is of course more difficult to countermeasure or apply penalties too. I'm not sure how possible this is on a technical level.

As UbiKoality explained above, these items are not guaranteed and duplicates are possible.
