This error is quite generic and essentially means that you've lost connection to the R6 servers.

Hey! I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I know it must be frustrating when this happens.

We are aware of an issue where players disconnect and are unable to reconnect, as the reconnect button is not working as intended.

I don't have any more information at this time. Our dev team are investigating the cause, so we can implement a fix.

BattlEye is located in its own folder, inside the Siege installation folder. Open that folder, right-click BEService_x64, and then: properties/compatibility/run this programme as an administrator.

Both of the main game and BattlEye .exe files can also be run as administrator. They are named RainbowSix and RainbowSix_BE. Each one is located amongst the main game files in the primary folder - you'll just have to scroll down until you find them....

We recently had an issue with in-game purchases being slow, but that is now resolved.

Please contact us via Live Chat or social media if you don't have your R6 Credits.

For future reference: We always recommend waiting up to 24 hours, as purchases are not always instantaneous.
