Hello everyone. I understand that you are all frustrated with the crashing issues, and as you can see from the Known Issues Trello; increased crashing reports is something that we are investigating and consider to be a critical issue.
That being said, investigating these problems is only really possible if we can collect specific system info from the people who are experiencing crashes.
That is why we request everyone to follow the same troubleshooting, and then open a support ticket to attach your system files for us. Please keep in mind that if you post about crashing in this forum, receive those instructions, and then follow up by ignoring the request our support agents make there is nothing more we can do to help get your concerns elevated at that point.
The whole team appreciates everyone's patience, and when we can get cooperation on the troubleshooting and info collecting it is often extremely helpful for the development team.
