Just to clarify, you will have to completely reset the manhunt and re-do the entire thing up until the Anderson mission, then complete it again in order to get the gun. If this does not work, try completing the entire thing on a brand new agent.

Please let me know if this allows you get a Dr. Home.

Hey there @FeykoHD

When you open the map, are you able to see a mission icon for this mission? If so, can you take a screenshot showing that icon on your map and then record a short video of what happens when you approach the marked location? The video should be uploaded to YouTube, then you can reply to this post with a link to it!

If there is no icon on your map for this mission, you can just take a screenshot of the Dark Zone West area on your map and send that my way instead.

For the issue you are having opening a support ticket, all you need to do is manually log out and then back in on that support page. You will be able to open a ticket afterwards.

As for your issue starting this mission, please try the workaround below -

The workaround steps:

  1. Call for backup
  2. Make the player who answers the call the party leader
  3. Have that player start the mission for you
  4. Complete the mission like normal

Were you able to keep following the Loot Goblin immediately after he spawned? It is possible that it has spawn protection while sliding out of the sewers in some instances, so you may have to wait a bit.

If it was moving around after leaving the sewers, it definitely should have been damage-able at that time. If this is an issue that you are able to replicate, would it be possible for you to record a video of that for us? If you let me know what platform you're playing on I can provide instructions on recording a video.

As we announced in the previous patch via the News and Announcements section of the forum, many items were made unavailable for purchase with textiles credits due to an issue that caused the game to deduct premium credits instead.

There is no answer to the original question, as that answer will need to come through an announcement from the game developers and bug fixing team. Please keep an eye on News and Announcements for any updates about this issue.

There was a recent change made to how the Dr. Home weapon gets rewarded to you. If you did not already receive it from replaying the mission up to now, please do so and it should be automatically added to your inventory, or your stash if your inventory is full.

Let me know if you cannot receive the weapon this way.

If you check the Trello board for known issues when updates come out, you may notice that our development team does frequently acknowledge issues with Countdown and The Summit causing frequent disconnects and crashes.

The forum you posted this on is specifically for English language support only. As machine translating will often completely change or lose the meaning of a post, I would strongly advise you to seek support in a one-on-one support ticket. That support website should automatically match you with an agent that is able to natively speak and type your most comfortable language.

If the reward you are referring to is the Dr. Home rifle, a change was made fairly recently to manually add it to your inventory once you have completed the mission. Please try completing the mission again now, to see if you receive it.
