Hey there everyone. Sorry to see so many people are having issues with mods causing crashes after the most recent update.

Just wanted to mark @Hier0nimus' post as the "Correct Answer" so that people who come to the forums seeking assistance with this are more likely to see the advice there.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide much support with getting mods working, so we rely on other players who use mods to help out with advice and suggestions on that front.

The inability to manually remove mail from the airship inventory is a designed balancing feature for the mail system. There is no way to delete it in the way that you want. This is not a bug or a design flaw, it is an intended part of how the mail system works.

There's a few things that could cause your save files to go missing. To start with, I'd like to see if you currently have any locally saved files available. Check the following file locations for me, and let me know if you find anything there -

%userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\accounts\ (You should be able to paste this into your Explorer address bar and find the right location.

Hey there everybody, there was an issue with New World Rising activating for some players, regardless of which storefront the DLC was purchased from. This issue was resolved fairly recently.

If any of you are still unable to play New World Rising, please reply to this post to let me know. I will also need to know which store you purchased the DLC from (Epic, Steam, or Ubisoft), and if you have ever had any issues with DLC activating before this one.

As you already have a support case open, all that I can recommend is that you await a response from the specialist who currently has your case under review. I apologize for the long delay, the holiday season always causes a large spike in case volume that can take us some time to work through.

I am going to move this thread over to the Rainbow Six Siege forums for now, but you should expect a response on your case directly, as we are not able to help with purchasing issues or refund requests through public channels like the forums.

Thank you for the screenshot @RipLine, that is exactly the kind of info I need in order to add to our investigation.

For everyone else, please keep in mind that this is an issue we are aware of. When one of the support team members requests a screenshot or more specific description we are doing so in order to have good information that will help our development and bug fixing teams replicate an issue and figure out how to fix it.
