Based on the time that you posted this, I assume this screenshot was taken after the 16.4 update was installed for you. Can you let me know if that is correct? If so, I can get this reported up, as these issues were supposed to be fixed with that update.

Sorry to see a valuable gun might have gone missing for you. If the gun has not reappeared in your inventory or storage, can you give me a bit more detail about the context of how it went missing? Did you have it equipped at the time, in your backpack, or in storage? Have any other items gone missing, that you are aware of?
What items were you farming for at the time? What mission were you doing?

I hate to see that you're crashing, and you're right that your system specs are more than enough to run the game.
For now, there's a few small things I can suggest for you to try.

We have some issues with this gun not being delivered properly after completing the mission under investigation, and I'll go ahead and get as many reports added there as I can.
For now, I would recommend re-completing the mission that rewards Doctor Home and make sure that you have empty bag space at the end of the mission. Please let me know if this allows you to obtain the weapon. This may need to be done on a second agent.
Hey everybody, I reached out to the Team to see if this is an intended "feature" of Oh Carol or not.
In the meantime, I also wanted to point out that the secondary issue with the unique mod being able to be pulled off and placed on certain other guns is actually known already, and should be fixed in TU 17, per the Trello for known issues: (https://trello.com/c/atekoe6G/53-gear-the-scope-mod-from-the-oh-carol-named-marksman-rifle-can-be-applied-on-any-weapon)!
Once I hear back about the recalibration issue, I will share that info with everybody here.

Hopefully, the gun is not truly missing.
For now, I would advise double checking your inventory and storage for it. If you are not able to find it, there is no way for the team to restore a missing item. You will need to recomplete the mission that provides it as a reward to obtain another one.
Just to make sure you actually receive the gun as a reward, make sure you have backpack space, as that has prevented a few players from receiving the gun.

Just to clarify, have you noticed that the flame monitors will fire if the enemy target is not moving at all?
If so, and the ships only stop shooting when the target is moving that is something that our team is aware of and currently investigating.

Unfortunately, by default Anno 1800 will always open on the monitor you have designated as your "main" monitor.
If you are running the game in Borderless Window, you may be able to shift it onto another monitor by holding the Windows key on your keyboard, then pressing the left or right arrow key, depending on which direction you want to movie it in.
