Hey there @AceOfSpades6207, there are no missions that have a guaranteed exotic drop anymore. The only time this isn't the case is when it is your very first time completing a manhunt target, which sometimes has a guaranteed reward depending on the target and season.

Unfortunately, if your accounts were not linked before December 6th, it is no longer possible to acquire old inventory as cross-progression items. In order to regain the items that you owned on PS4 before, you will need to reset the link to the Ubisoft account that it was linked to previously.

I'd like to get this reported up for you, but as I am aware you typically play the game with quite a few mods installed, would you be able to temporarily deactivate all of them to confirm if this still happens in a completely vanilla installation?

I will still need a save file where this issue is occurring for you in a completely vanilla game so I can get this reported up. Please keep in mind that it is very possible that this feature is working as intended. If possible, a video showing that Manny is missing from the correct location will be super helpful for reporting this issue up for you. You can record that using the Xbox Game Bar on PC, and then upload the video to YouTube to share it with me.

Also, have you already tried fully resetting your manhunt and starting over to see if it allows you to progress normally afterwards?
