Hey there @mira_20, based on how the Ubisoft Connect menu looks for you, it seems like you have the game installed through Steam. If that is the case you will need to use Steam to switch to Japanese language by following the directions here.

Please let me know if you are not able to change the language that way.

Just to clarify things a bit, if you start a brand new game are you able to access any of the content from Season 4 DLCs? If you can't even on a new save, please take a screenshot showing any item or feature from the Season 4 pass that is missing for you.

C:\Users\Username\Documents\Anno 1800
