I believe you should be able to by travelling to Roosevelt Island and at the start of the stronghold, open the difficult screen and select Manhunt.

A fix was believed to have been pushed, but it didn't look like it worked as planned so has been re-opened.

We are investigating reports of players not receiving the blueprint for the Busy Little Bee when unlocked, however players are still getting the weapon itself.

Are you just missing the blueprint too or both that and the weapon?
