Trophy progress doesn't always carry from PS4 > PS5 so if you completed some of the requirements on PS4, it's likely you'll need to re-do them all on PS5 for the trophy to trigger.
As for screenshots, anything you can grab is fine, including a tracker site.

Could you please try disabling your integrated graphics in Device Manager?
This is done by opening Device Manager > Clicking on your Intel UHD Graphics > Click Disable.
With it disabled, this should stop it being detected all together.
Please let us know if this then allows you to use your RTX card in-game!
