I'm afraid we're going to need some visual examples to be able to investigate this further.

When you're next able to do so, could you please share some screenshot or video examples of your placement game counter not changing following a ranked match?

Hey there guys,

Thanks for getting in touch.

We have an investigation and thread open regarding reports of Ubisoft Connect marking players as 'inactive' incorrectly.

This is still being investigated at the moment, with no current updates.

Do the graphic issues always accompany this inactivity issue or does it happen on it's own too?

As Ubisoft titles aren't available on EA Origins, may we please know where you purchased the Year Pass from?

Also, as I can see you own the base game on Ubisoft Connect, please be aware that any accompanying DLC will also need to be purchased via the Ubisoft Connect / Ubisoft Store.

DLC and base games need to be purchased on the same platform otherwise they are incompatible.

For example if you owned the game via Epic, you'd also need to purchase any DLC from Epic too.

If you've already bought the Year 1 pass from another store, please reach out to them to discuss a refund as your DLC won't be compatible with your Ubisoft Connect copy of the game.

You note that saving / reloading fixes this - does it re-appear later on or only when you make another change to another Hacienda farm?

Is your game still crashing?

We wouldn't be able to advise if and which mod is causing this issue, but we would recommend disabling your mods to see if this prevent further crashes, if so, you'll be able to go through them individually to see which is triggering these crashes.

The team have confirmed this is normal behaviour as the point reset happens on a monthly basis.

You'll still collect wins though, this won't be reset.
