And have you attempted any troubleshooting as suggested?
The issue of players being signed out for inactivity mid-game is also known and being looked into @Cavendar-ECO .
Performing some browser troubleshooting steps should help with your Help Site issues in the meantime though.

I'm afraid that trophies don't retroactively unlock when moving from PS4 to PS5.
If you're using the same save, some can be triggered by meeting an element of the requirements again (ie. Collect 10 items, collecting 1 should trigger it again).
