There are no Alpha Packs available as part of the 2022 Road to SI event. Instead, all content for the event is included with the Y6S4 Battle Pass.

Did you purchase the Premium Battle Pass?

Have you signed into Ubisoft Connect via Geforce Now when prompted too?

If so, could you please try disconnecting Ubisoft Connect from Geforce Now and retry the game, you should be prompted to sign in again.

Should that not help at all, could you please give these steps a try;

  1. Launch the game
  2. When the 'Enter Key' box appears, click 'Ubisoft Support' to open a browser window
  3. Enter uplay://open into the address bar and wait until a 'open application' popup appears

This issue was believed to have been resolved as of Y6S4.

Do you recall the date(s) of the update(s) that have lead to your uniforms resetting?

And is it only after a game update? Never after playing a match or a featured mode?

Thanks for reaching out.

I do believe replays need to be saved to the advised folder; Ubisoft Game Launcher\ games\ Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege\ MatchReplay

While you may play via Steam, the game does still use files from the Ubisoft Game Launcher folder.

Please try saving your replays there and let us know if you still have issues.

At this time we have no further information regarding a date for cross-progression, likewise, such specific details like how this will impact certain content like Alpha Packs has yet to be confirmed.

Other titles that support cross progress (such as Assassin's Creed Valhalla) do allow for some store bought content to be available across all platforms, however we don't yet know how this system will work in Rainbow Six: Siege.

Hey there @mate-kertai,

Could you please try manually setting the resolution in the game's config file and let us know if the issue still persits?

You can locate the Anno 1800 configuration file by going to; Documents\ Anno 1800\ config - there will be a file title 'engine.ini'.

Open this file and scroll down to the section titled "Window".

There you can manually set the resolution and save the file.

So just to clarify - you are able to earn achievements and are being notified in-game, however you can't use the portraits in-game?

The issue regarding portraits is being looked into by the team with hopes to resolve it in a future update.

But we have nothing noting issues with achievements themselves.

If you have achievements showing as locked in Ubisoft Connect, could you please share screenshots of these?
