Cross-play is not subscription specific or bound to Gamepass.

As long as you own the game on any platform, you'll be able to play with others via Cross-Play.

Hey there guys,

If you're having issues with Vsync, could you please also confirm the following details;

  • Your PC specs (GPU, CPU, RAM, Laptop / Desktop)
  • Your Monitor model
  • The FPS / Hz Refresh Rate you're running at


Could you please also ensure your respective GPU drivers are running at the latest version.

Sorry to hear trophies aren't triggering for you!

Is it only the Warlords of NY trophies you're having issues with?

Do DC trophies still work?

And if possible, are you able to provide any screenshot or clip examples showing the trophy locked but requirements being met?

Hey there @majorpainage !

It does sound like it's relating to the keyboard itself - it's very easy to accidently trigger the alternate controls, I've done it myself plenty times.

It should stick to WASD after changing it back though so there's still some things I'd recommend checking;

  • If your keyboard doesn't support USB 3.0, try ensuring it's plugged into a USB 2.0 port.
  • Check your keyboard's drivers are up to date in Device Manager. (Win+R > devmgmt.msc)

Hey there guys,

Thank you for continuing to post updates on your inventories - I'm sorry to see many of you have logged in to find weapons are missing!

So we can take a closer look at your accounts and inventories, could you please reach out to us via our Support Site, Facebook or Twitter?

When doing so, could you please include the following information;

  • The Agent weapons are missing for
  • Which weapons are missing
  • The date you noticed they were missing / could last access them

May we please know if you're using the controller wirelessly via bluetooth?

If so - could you please try the controller via a wired connection and let us know if this works.

We are aware of some titles not being compatible with the Series Controllers when being used via bluetooth and this has been fed back to the team, but using wired should work in the meantime.

Thank you for reaching out to us with this, I'm sorry you're being impacted by long loading screens!

This is something that's being looked into by the team at the moment, but they're still welcoming more examples.

If possible, could you please capture a clip demonstrating the loading difference between your main and another one of your agents?

And may we please know the progression difference between each agent (what level is your main agent vs one of the agents who load in quicker)
