I am afraid that there is no way to remove this ban and you will need to wait before being able to play again.

@lemons_shark Hey! Thank you for getting in touch about the content of the Year 7 Ultimate Edition.

The Ultimate Edition includes:

The full game (all maps and modes).
All 42 Operators from Year 1 to 6.
The Disruptor Pack, with bundles for Thatcher, Mira, Thorn and Alibi.

It does not include the Year 7 Premium Pass. You will need to purchase this seperately.
