Thank you for all the crash logs and files, and also for letting us know what you have done to troubleshoot this issue so far. I have looked through these files and can not see anything that would determine the root cause of this issue.

You mentioned that you are on Windows 8, what version number of Windows 8 are you on?

Also, you mentioned that the game is using a lot of video memory. What graphical settings do you have the game running at?

@edgxlord Thank you for your reply. This error is a Windows error and research into it suggests that doing the following should help fix it:

First, press the Windows key + E keys at the same time to open File Explorer.
Then open the game’s folder in File Explorer.
Right-click the dxgi.dll file in the game’s folder and select Rename.
Enter d3d11.dll as the new file title, and press the Return key.

Once done try launching the game and seeing if the issue continues.

@mykilly Thank you for confirming your system specs. Does running Ubisoft Connec in admin help with this issue?

Also please disable all background applications and see if that helps. You can find how to do this here.
