Hey, folks!
We've received reports of players where their Berserker gear has lost of all it's upgrades and equipped runes.
If this occurs you should receive all the resources that you used to upgrade the armour and the equipped runes back into your inventory. However, we have received some reports from players that they have not received the resources and runes back into their inventory.
The development team are still investigating this issue.
If you have encountered this issue and you have not received the resources or runes back into your inventory then please do the following:
1) Make a note of the resources you currently have available.
2) Upgrade the Berserker gear. There's no need to upgrade it to the max level, it's just for testing.
3) Disconnect your console from the Internet, which should trigger the downgrade.
4) Go back in the game, check if the gear was downgraded, and check the amount of resources you have no...

For the "Restless Dreams" quest, you simply need to walk over to the large tree on the east side of Raventhorpe and sit down.
As you mentioned the quest is not triggering could you provide us with a video showing you doing the above?
