Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with low FPS in Valhalla.

Thank you for the images, your system specs and letting us know what you have done so far.

One other thing worth trying is setting the priority of the game to normal:

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to start Task Manager.
2. Go to the Details tab, right-click the desired process, and choose Set priority and select normal.
3. When the confirmation dialog appears, select Change priority.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select My games & apps > See all.
Select Manage > Queue.
