@long-_island_ Hey! Thank you for getting in touch about this issue you are facing with the year 1 operator pack. The game does not come with year 1 operators unlocked as standard.

However you mentioned that you downloaded the game from a friend's account, can you expand on what you mean by this? Are you playing from your friend's account?
