@grimbaron Hey! Thank you for the report. Are you able to reload a previous save to try and start the trial again? This might prevent the NPC from spawning in the out-of-bounds area.

This issue was raised to the team, however they weren't able to reproduce it.

If possible could you please link any screenshots / clips of your attempts to activate the achievement and it not activating, so we can pass them onto the team?
