@azullfr I got the Heidrum Slum aquired and for once is not bugged for me,I can sprint on foot and on horseback too. Lucky woman ,I like riding fast as fast travelling on PS4 takes longer than using the horse.

The sanction system has always been cumulative (the more offences in a short period of time, the harsher the ban).
This can decrease over time if no offences are committed.
Please be aware though that Ubisoft Support cannot overturn any temporary bans placed on player accounts.

A video or images showing that you only have one daily quest available would be very useful, @TheeElf. If you can let me know which region of Francia you checked in as well (such as Melun or Lisieux), that will be helpful in working out if only certain Thousand Eyes NPC only give one daily quest.
