I've done a little more digging on our end and there is indeed a problem here - these servers are not officially shut down but we're investigating some issues on our end which is preventing you guys from accessing online services in the game.

Hello rtxus. I do apologize for the delay in reaching out to you about these issues you're experiencing while playing Valhalla. I do thank you for the screenshot you provided, as well as all of the steps you've done so far in an attempt to resolve these error codes and get the game working again. Since you have tried most of our connection steps, I recommend opening a ticket on our Support Site and sending over a screenshot of those ports so that we can get a better understanding of what's going on there.
It also looks like you're having some crashes as well, correct? Would you confirm for me the region that this seems to occur on the most?

Now, whenever either one of us load the save, we enter the lobby as per usual. But we are unable to invite the other, or rather, we don't see any indication that we get an invitation. We are also unable to set the game to public and join that way. The "Public" button is simply grey and unresponsive.
And to be clear. We used the in game invite function, and tried the Uplay overlay. Neither caused the usual join game option to show for the 40 hour file. But a fresh game with all DLCs did work.

To confirm is Hati still not showing as being owned in the store? And is the web tree still showing as being available to purchase from Reda? Can you also access Hati and the Web tree in game?
I can confirm that settlement packs appear to be moved to the 'Property' tab in the store if one of the items from the pack has been purchased from Reda. Can you check there to see if the Modern Day settlement pack is there.
