Hello @charles_wise - welcome to the forums! Thanks very much for sending this across. I understand you've not been able to use some functions, since they are bound to the same alt key that is used for pings in multiplayer. That sounds most inconvenient.

I've gone ahead and sent this feedback forward to our teams internally for us to have a closer look - thanks once again for sending us your thoughts on this. I hope you've otherwise been having a good time in multiplayer!

Hey @jezuz8000 , thanks for reaching out about this. I understand you've faced long texture loading tiles when moving around the map, and between islands. I'll be happy to give you some tips on this.

Please start with our troubleshooting guide. In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your graphics drivers and operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game (such as system or graphics optimisers).

@asterix201252 Thank you for your reply. I have heard back from the specialist team and they advised that this is working as intended.

Coffee was already part of the base game but never intended to be produced in the Old World.

They count this report as feedback and as such have forwarded it on to the development team.

Hey there @neoiq5719 , thanks very much for reaching out about this, and welcome to the forums! I understand you've purchased one of the DLCs for Anno 1800, but you've not found it to be available in-game - that's very unusual! My apologies for this, and for the slow response to your post.

If the DLC you've got is Sunken Treasures, please note that you'll need 700 artisans and to complete the Sunken Treasure expedition to find that content in-game.
