Hey @Asterix201252, thanks for getting back there and apologies about the delayed response from our team.

In regards to items from Tourist Season or High Life not being available to purchase until researched is something that has been indeed addressed and we did not seem to have any contacts about it afterwards.

To add, if you have been using an older save file (prior to update taking place), this will most likely be the reason for it and I think it may be a little tricky one to address.

@kingolaf2 As also communicated on our website, DLC 10 (Seeds of Change) will release on April 12th (and you'll also get the ornaments on that date).
DLC 11 will release in summer, DLC 12 will release in late 2022.

Did you purchase the DLC on the same platform as the base game? If not this can cause issues with compatibility. As a general rule if it's DLC it almost always needs to be purchased on the same platform as the base game. If the DLC was purchased directly from the Ubisoft Store we can help you out with a refund on the grounds of incompatibility if you open a support case with us. If it was purchased elsewhere you would need to return to the point of sale to discuss this further.
