Hello Ofiros_da_king, thanks for letting us know you have been able to use the workaround of limiting cores/disabling hyperthreading in order to play the game, after the latest update.

This issue is something our Anno team is still looking into. We believe we have been able to fix this for certain Intel CPU's but not all yet, so the investigation continues.

Hello @LUCI5R thanks for letting us know that you have encountered an issue with navigating the map in this method.

I have not seen many reports of this come through yet, could you let me know what exact model of mouse it is you use, and do you use any RGB or sensitivity software with the mouse such as Logitech G Hub and the like, in case there is a conflict with that model or software?

Can you also tell me if this issue exists on all sensitivities the mouse can be set on, as well as if you set your display mode to full screen, windowed, or borderless modes?

That is brilliant @LynxEy3 thank you for going to that effort in order to capture this cursor increase.

I have seen a few other players mention this new cursor size in the forums and how it can be distracting. I will feed this back to our Anno team and use your image for comparison, than you very much for taking the time to do that.

Hello @hundread1800 thanks for your reply, our Anno QA team will often ask for a screenshot, video or save file from a player demonstrating the bug in action before they are able to investigate an issue.

We will report this to our Anno team, but in case this is an isolated incident as we haven't had any other reports of this, are you able to link us to your save file so we can check this in your campaign?

Hello everyone, thank you for reaching out to us about the bonus ornaments you should have received in the game.

Can you please let me know if this is still an issue for you and if these do not appear in your build menu? If these ornaments are still missing, can you show us a screenshot of your Season Pass activated and one screenshot showing these ornaments missing from your menu?

Hello @tschuli333 thank you for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear you are having trouble moving and navigating the maps after the update.

To check if this issue has been caused by a corrupted file or missing file that can sometimes occur if a game update was interrupted, could you please try verifying your game files? Verifying your game files can often solve this, or will at least help rule out a corrupted or missing file as a possible cause.

Hello everyone, thanks for letting us know some of the achievements have unlocked for you in-game.

This happened before in a previous update for the main campaign achievements and we were unable to re-lock these for players.

Can you let us know what the name of these achievements are, if they are part of the DLC, or perhaps circle a screenshot of the achievements that are suddenly unlocked for you?

Hello @psk_shliss thank you for providing us with screenshots of this issue and the scale of the game resizing after loading a game or starting a new game on your Mac (after the latest update)

Due to the fact we may not have your exact model of Mac available to test this, I would like to report this to our team, is there any way you can record a quick 30-second clip of you launching your save file, which then shows this decrease in resolution?
