From what you've shared in your post, this wasn't what happened at all. I moved your thread to the Apex Legends forums. It was posted under the Madden series. 

 

Unfortunately, we're not able to help with banned accounts through Answers HQ. This decision is up to ToS and if you've already used up all your disputes, there's nothing else that can be done. When a dispute is submitted, ToS will perform a thorough investigation and overturn the ban if they find evidence the action taken on the account was in error. After 3 investigations, if they are not lifting the ban, it means none of that evidence was found.

If your account is actioned and banned by TOS you will have to reach out to TOS to dispute the ban. If they have performed an investigation and denied appealing your ban, we would be unable to offer additional actions or assistance here on the forums or through our live support.

@ZkZoub To confirm if your account is not currently actioned, then our TOS team will be unable to offer assistance in trying to avoid a potential BAN that may have yet to have happened.
