Sometimes people are just unreasonable, or as others have pointed out, they could be trying to upset you on purpose. If you blow up on them it could lead to your account being suspended or banned. The rules still apply.
It's best to just not even engage with someone like this at all.

On the making of a purchase when you were short premium currency, I look a look into that, it seems there was a mixup.
Checking the logs, while you had 950 coins yesterday morning, you'd earned 100 more from the BP at 10:18UTC, so you had 1050 coins when you looked at the store today.
Do you also do the rigging and texturing? Or is rigging and texturing different departments? I assume the rig is the same for every Valk skin, but this one has a helmet :)
rigging is another department, but i did the texturing myself
We'll start with the basics. Since this seems to have just started happening, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
